New Flush Frame Design
RES-316 ELEVATOR ENTRANCE
Belco Doors prides themselves in being the true innovator of elevator frame designs.
This new flush mount design was developed by Belco Doors in 2016 to exceed ASME ANSI A17.1 National Safety Code for Elevators – Section 5.3 Private Residence Elevators and State Amendments to International Residential Code R321.1.1.
Belco Doors was the first to offer this flush frame design that will incorporate many different types of elevator approved interlocks. This frame design exceeds Chapter 399 – Elevator Safety 2016 Florida - Section 399.031 known as the “Maxwell Erik ‘Max” Grablin Act”. For use on VPL Lifts, Residential Elevators, LULA Elevators (Private residence only).
